What you can offer

As an activated agent, you may place orders for any service published on this website, at the prices stated on the site for those services. Pricing follows our listed rates so your clients receive consistent, predictable quotes aligned with our public catalogue.

How orders and payment work

Place the order through your agent account for the relevant service, in line with the published scope and price.
Execution — Our team completes the work in accordance with the agreed service.
Settlement before delivery — Once the work is complete, you must remit the full payment for that order before we release or deliver the final service output to the end client. Delivery and handover are completed only after full payment is received from the agent.

This supports service quality, statutory timelines, and document integrity for all parties.

Activating your agent account

Access to ordering is not automatic after registration. Your login is activated only after our back-office team completes verification.

Step 1 — Register
Create your agent profile and credentials through our signup flow.
Step 2 — KYC
Submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including legible copies of identity and address proofs (and any other items we specify). Incomplete or unreadable submissions may delay approval.
Step 3 — Security deposit
Pay a one-time security deposit of ₹5,000 (Rupees five thousand only). Terms—including adjustment, refund, or forfeiture, if applicable—are set out in our Business Policy and Terms & Conditions. Please read them before paying.
Step 4 — Verification
Our back-office team reviews your KYC and payment. When everything is in order, we activate your account. You will then be able to place and manage orders through the agent dashboard.

After activation

Use your dashboard to track requirements, upload client information where requested, and coordinate order status. For operational questions, use the contact channels on our website.
